Markus Balz

Markus Balz has worked for several companies since 1995. Markus began their career with an internship at Werner Sobek Stuttgart in 1996. Markus then completed an internship at Abba Space Structures in 1995. From 1998 to 2002, they worked as a Senior Engineer and Design Engineer at Buro Happold. Markus then joined schlaich bergermann partner in 2007 as a Project Leader. From 2008 to 2020, they worked at schlaich bergermann partner as a Managing Director of sbp sonne, Associate of sbp sonne, and Associate. Markus currently holds the position of Chief Technology Officer at GlassPoint, Inc since 2022.

Markus Balz graduated from Hochschule für Technik Stuttgart in 1998 with a Dipl. Ing. (FH) in Structural Engineering.
