Alyssa Jones

Alyssa Jones has worked in the design and research field since 1996. Alyssa began their career at Optic Nerve Art Corporation as the Director of Marketing & Development and Project Manager. In 1999, they moved to Vinfen Corporation / Gateway Arts where they served as the Assistant Program Director of Operations & Finance. From 2009 to 2015, they worked at Sametz Blackstone Associates as a Project Coordinator. During that time, they were also an intern at Constant Contact as a User Experience Design and Research Intern. In 2015, they became a Graphic and Experience Design and Research Consultant at Cooking with Gas Studio, where they collaborated with the CEO and stakeholders to update the Lindauer identity and all assets. Most recently, in 2022, they joined Glasswall as a User Experience Designer and User Experience Design Consultant.

Alyssa Jones began their educational journey in 1985 at Mount Holyoke College, though they did not obtain a degree from the institution. Alyssa continued their education at The Ohio State University, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Sociology in 1990. In 2013, they returned to school and obtained their Master's degree in Human Factors in Information Design from Bentley University in 2015. Additionally, in 2021, they obtained a certification in Visual Design from General Assembly.
