Thomas Nixon

Thomas Nixon has been working in the IT field since 2014. Thomas began their career at TMB Group as a Helpdesk Support Apprentice. Thomas then progressed to 1st Line Support Technician and 2nd Line Support Technician. In 2018, they moved to QDOS-sbl Group as a 2nd line Support Engineer. In 2019, they joined Glasswall and has since held the roles of Senior System Administrator, IT Team Lead and IT Manager.

Thomas Nixon's education history includes an apprenticeship at IT SkillsMAN from 2014 to 2015, where they obtained a Level 3 Apprenticeship in Information Technology. From 2012 to 2014, they attended Colchester Institute and obtained a BTEC Level 3 in IT Systems, as well as an NVQ Level 2 in IT Systems in 2011 to 2012. Additionally, they hold certifications from BCS, The Chartered Institute for IT, Microsoft, and City & Guilds.
