Angela Mandes

Angela Mandes, M.Ed., CPTD, is a seasoned professional in Learning and Development with extensive experience in designing and implementing training programs. Currently serving as the Learning and Development Manager at Glatfelter Insurance Group since September 2022, Angela engages with business leaders to align training initiatives with strategic goals and assess training needs through various methods. Prior to this role, Angela was a Learning and Development Consultant at PeoplesBank, where collaboration with cross-departmental stakeholders led to innovative training solutions aligned with company values. Previous experience includes serving as a Learning and Development Facilitator at Fulton Financial Corporation, where Angela contributed to HR projects, new hire orientations, and compliance training. Angela holds a Master of Education in Teaching and Curriculum and a Bachelor of Science in Secondary Education Social Studies from Penn State University.
