Logan Miller

Logan Miller has a diverse work experience in various industries. Their most recent position is as a Client Technologies Analyst at Glatfelter Insurance Group, where they provide technical support and guidance through Tier 2 support and works with System Administrators to resolve Tier 3 issues. Logan evaluates, maintains, modifies, and documents desktop application packages, participates in testing and evaluation of new desktop packages, and implements prototypes. Logan also assists in evaluating equipment, network services, and PC components for the organization.

Prior to their current role, Logan worked at Rutter's as a FIELD I.T. Support Technician II, troubleshooting fueling points, POS/kiosk equipment, scanners, and communication issues. Logan also troubleshooted and replaced PC and peripheral equipment as needed.

Before that, Logan was a Lead I.T. Support Technician at Rutter's, where they assisted senior System Administrators and Network Engineers with various tasks such as network closet redesign, Sonicwall Firewall upgrades, server monitoring, and employee onboarding. Logan also managed ticket flow, served as the first and second point of contact for store and corporate issues, and led the help desk's role in upgrades and deployments.

Logan's earlier experience includes roles as an I.T. Support Technician at Rutter's and an I.T. Operations Analyst at WellSpan Health. In these positions, they provided technical support, diagnosed and resolved software and hardware issues, monitored batch-processing and performed system backups, operated tape backup systems, and ensured electronic security to data centers.

Additionally, Logan has held positions as a Helpdesk Technician Tier 1 at The Bon Ton Stores Inc., a Help Desk Technician (Intern) at ARM Group Inc., a Sales Associate at The Bon Ton Stores Inc., a Sales Associate at Advance Auto Parts, and a Produce Associate at Giant Food.

Logan Miller completed their education with a diploma from Dallastown Area High School, where they studied from 2008 to 2012. Logan then pursued further education at YTI Career Institute, specializing in Computer Systems. From 2012 to 2014, Logan focused on Information and Systems Technology to become a Computer System's Specialist.
