Michele M. Allegretto

Michele Allegretto is a seasoned human resources executive with extensive experience in various industries, primarily in medical technology and retail. Currently serving as Senior Vice President of Human Resources at Glaukos Corporation since May 2015, Michele has played a key role in shaping the company's human capital culture to align talent management with business strategy. Prior to Glaukos, Michele held significant positions at Abbott Medical Optics as Vice President of Human Resources and Director of Global Business Human Resources. Previous experience includes serving as Director of Human Resources at The Wet Seal, Inc. and Director of Recruitment at The Walt Disney Company, where Michele established a Recruitment Shared Service for Walt Disney Studios. Michele holds a Master’s degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from California State University, Long Beach, and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from San Diego State University.
