Angela Grady

Angela Grady currently serves as the Global R&D Talent Acquisition Lead for Vaccines at GSK, a position held since December 2024. Prior to this role, Angela was the Associate Director of Talent Acquisition at Moderna from November 2018 to March 2024, where recruitment strategies were developed to meet critical hiring demands during the COVID-19 pandemic. Angela has also worked as a Senior Recruiter at Moderna, supporting various functions with full-cycle recruitment for up to 30 requisitions. Earlier in Angela's career, as a Recruiting Consultant at Takeda from September 2009 to October 2018, high-volume recruitment activities were managed across multiple sectors, including the successful hiring of over 300 sales specialists, directors, and regional managers for an ophthalmology build. Angela holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Assumption University.
