Brian Holder

Brian Holder is an accomplished Principal Scientist and Investigator in Preclinical Analytical Development at GSK since September 2021, specializing in Separations Science across various drug modalities, including mAbs and antibody-drug conjugates. Prior experience includes roles at Amicus Therapeutics, where Brian developed analytical methods for Gene Therapy programs, and Merck, supporting the analytical development of biologics. Additional experience encompasses positions at Prolong Pharmaceuticals, PerkinElmer, Pfizer, and Bristol-Myers Squibb, focusing on analytical method development and high-throughput bioanalytical techniques. Brian's educational background includes a Master of Science in Biochemistry from the University of Connecticut, a Master of Science in Applied Biomolecular Technology from the University of Nottingham, and a Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry with Chemistry from the University of the West Indies.
