Chester Bowen

Chester Bowen is an experienced regulatory professional with a strong background in nonclinical regulatory strategy and project management. Currently serving as Director of the Respiratory/Immunology Portfolio Nonclinical Regulatory at GSK since February 2016, Chester has held multiple roles including Associate Director and Senior Regulatory Project Manager. With extensive involvement in early development and regulatory submissions, contributions have focused on ensuring scientific integrity and strategic alignment with stakeholders. Prior experience includes leadership as Club President at Toastmasters International, project management at Bioanalytical Systems in a GLP environment, laboratory management at Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health, and research at the Armed Forces Institute of Pathology. Chester holds an MS in Biochemistry and a BS in Biology from the University of Scranton.
