Don Rashitha Jayasekara

Don Rashitha (Rash) Jayasekara is a seasoned professional in digital manufacturing and technology, currently serving as the Director of Digital & Technology at GSK. Previously, Jayasekara held multiple key positions at Rolls-Royce, including Chief of Digital Manufacturing, Digital Manufacturing Manager, and Manufacturing Systems Functional Leader - Installations. Earlier experience includes working as a Continuous Improvement Engineer at GE. Jayasekara holds a Master of Science (MSc) in Operations Excellence from Cranfield University and a Bachelor of Engineering (BEng Hons) in Aerospace Engineering Design from Kingston University.
