Jitandra Patel has extensive experience in the pharmaceutical industry, serving in various leadership roles at GSK from April 2021 to May 2025. As Director of Medical Digital & Tech for Oncology and Vaccines, Jitandra guided digital and technological advancements to enhance medical engagement and improve patient outcomes. In previous roles, Jitandra led Agile Coaching initiatives to implement Agile methodologies across clinical studies and non-technical groups, aiming to enhance delivery speed and employee satisfaction. Jitandra's career began at Stafford-Miller Ltd, where responsibilities included full life cycle development and maintenance in RPG and COBOL. Jitandra holds a 2:1 degree in Politics from the University of Greenwich.
