Maren Longland

Maren Longland is an experienced professional in the pharmaceutical and healthcare sectors, currently serving as the Global Marketing Director for Vaccines and Specialty Care at GSK since August 2016. In this role, Maren oversees launch readiness and lifecycle opportunities for early hepatology assets and rare diseases. Prior experience includes leadership roles such as General Manager for Austria, focusing on innovation in Oncology, Severe Asthma, HIV, and Vaccines, and as Commercial Director for Vaccines & HIV in Central Europe, where Maren developed brand strategies across multiple countries. Earlier in the career, Maren held various positions at ViiV Healthcare, including Head of Commercial Operations for the MEA region, and has also worked in procurement roles at GSK, contributing to strategic sourcing and supply chain management. Maren holds an MSc in Operations Management from Alliance Manchester Business School and a BSc in Business Administration from Cardiff University.
