Michael Thoraval

Michael Thoraval is currently the Medicine Supply Chain Lead and Operation Excellence Director at GSK, where they design and execute comprehensive supply chain strategies for an innovative pipeline. With a strong background in operational leadership, Michael previously served as the Executive Operational Director at Capulet Ltd, managing complex business operations and leading continuous improvement initiatives. Earlier in their career, Michael held the position of Lean Business Improvement Director at J.P. Morgan, where they orchestrated significant business process improvements. Michael holds a BTS in Business/Commerce from ESTC Paris and a BA (Hons) in Business and Languages from the University of Wolverhampton.
