Patricia Sidharta

Patricia Sidharta is a seasoned professional in clinical pharmacology with extensive experience in leading projects across the pharmaceutical industry. Currently serving as Senior Director Clinical Pharmacology Lifecycle at GSK since October 2024, Patricia holds a prior position as Senior Director and Expert Clinical Pharmacologist at Idorsia Pharmaceuticals Ltd from October 2017 to October 2024, overseeing critical clinical pharmacology aspects of multiple projects in CNS, immunology, and cardiovascular fields, along with collaboration with Janssen Pharmaceuticals on aprocitentan. Before that, Patricia spent over a decade at Actelion Pharmaceuticals Ltd, where responsibilities included leading clinical pharmacology efforts for successful registrations, notably macitentan (Opsumit®). Patricia's career began at the Centre for Human Drug Research as a Project Manager, complemented by an academic foundation with a PhD in Clinical Pharmacology from the University of Basel and a PharmD from Utrecht University.
