Paula Sterbenz

Paula Sterbenz, PMP, serves as the Senior Director and Head of Strategy & Operations for Business Development Pharma R&D at GSK since August 2021. Previously, Paula held several positions at GSK, including Chief of Staff and Director of Congress Management and External Engagement, as well as roles in Worldwide Business Development and Public Policy. Paula began career at GSK in 1999 and worked as a Principal Information Analyst at Teltech Systems Inc before that. Paula holds a Master’s Degree in Library and Information Science from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and a Bachelor's Degree in Economics from Franklin & Marshall College.
