Rashpal Takhar

Rashpal Takhar MBA is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in strategic operations and program management within the pharmaceutical and consumer healthcare sectors. Currently serving as Head of Strategy and Operations at GSK, Rashpal provides leadership for the Global Specialty & Primary Care Therapy Areas, collaborating with marketing and medical teams to enhance the delivery of new medicines. Previous roles include Global Operations Director and Director of Programme Management for Global Respiratory Medical Affairs, where critical initiatives focused on improving customer engagement and optimizing operational performance. Prior to GSK, Rashpal held positions in business intelligence and IT consulting at Haleon and National Grid, respectively. Rashpal holds an MBA in Business Administration and a BSc in Computer and Management Sciences from the University of Warwick.
