Renato Alves

Renato Alves is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in IT operations, service delivery, and database management. As a Co-Founder at Musique since April 2016, Renato has also taken on the role of Senior Manager for L&D and HR Services IT Operations at GSK since July 2022. Prior experience includes serving as Delivery Partner Executive at Kyndryl and IBM, where responsibilities involved managing service delivery for major European insurance clients and overseeing end-to-end operations for various database and middleware technologies. Renato's career began in database administration roles, including positions at Walmart and Secretaria da Fazenda - Pernambuco, complementing a solid academic foundation with a Master’s in Business Intelligence from the University of Dundee and a Bachelor’s in Computer Science from Universidade Católica de Pernambuco.
