Sandy Chang

Sandy Chang is an experienced professional in the biotechnology and pharmaceutical industry, currently serving as Associate Director of Digital Transformation at GSK since September 2007. In this role, Sandy leads efforts to implement digital transformation initiatives aligned with the Cell and Gene Therapy digital strategy. Prior positions at GSK include CGT Supply Chain Digital Systems Manager and various roles as Senior Scientist, focusing on R&D Synthetic Biochemistry and genomic sequencing. Sandy has expertise in lab automation, high throughput screening, and Next Generation Sequencing technologies. Earlier experience includes a position as a Lab Assistant at UC Davis Veterinary Biosciences Department. Sandy holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology from the University of California, Davis.
