Sarah Jones

Sarah Jones currently serves as a Founding Member at Chief since January 2023, contributing to a network dedicated to promoting women's leadership. With extensive experience at GSK, where Sarah has been employed since November 1996, notable roles include Senior Director for Global Site Operations and Service Desk, overseeing technical support for 120,000 employees across 400 sites. Sarah has led significant transformations in IT site support globally, driving efficiency through new service provider models and ITSM platforms. Previous positions at GSK also include Director roles in Infrastructure and Shared Services, and a progression from IT Helpdesk to Senior Project Manager. Earlier in Sarah’s career, experience included a role as IT Infrastructure Co-Ordinator at ADP from 1995 to 1996.
