Steve Fischer

Steve Fischer is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in manufacturing and supply chain management. At GSK from October 2020 to February 2025, Steve served as Sr Director for MSAT Business Excellence and External Manufacturing, focusing on enhancing the efficiency and value delivery of the global MSAT organization while managing support for supply from external manufacturers. Prior roles at GSK included MSAT External Manufacturing Director and Director of Specialty External Manufacturing within Global Procurement, where responsibilities encompassed CDMO selection and relationship management for large molecule drug substance. Earlier in his career, Steve worked as a Distribution Manager at World Kitchen, Inc. Steve holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Package Engineering and Supply Chain Management from Michigan State University.
