Nancy Booth

Nancy Booth, PhD, CPhT, is an accomplished professional in the fields of pharmacy and natural products with extensive experience in various roles. Currently serving as a Certified Pharmacy Technician at the NIH Clinical Center's Investigational Drug Management Unit and the NIH Outpatient Pharmacy since October 2023, Nancy supports the mission of the National Institutes of Health. As the founder of Alkista Botanicals, Nancy specializes in pragmatic herbal skincare for dry and mature skin. Previous roles include being a Pharmacy Technician at Walgreens and an independent tutor specializing in organic chemistry and drug discovery. Nancy has also held academic positions at United Metaphysical Churches, owned The Herbal Alchemist, and worked as a Senior Science Director and Consultant at Spherix Consulting. Nancy's educational background includes a PhD in Pharmacognosy from the University of Illinois at Chicago and a Chemistry MS from the University of Rochester, complemented by a Pharmacy Technician Certificate from Montgomery College.
