Joseph Arellano

Joseph Arellano, AAP, CPM currently serves as the Sr. Product Manager for Payments, Deposits & eServices at Great Lakes Credit Union since January 2024. Previously, Joseph held the position of Head of Payment Operations at CreatorIQ, a SaaS company that facilitates connections between brands and digital influencers, where responsibilities included tax collection and payment issuance. With extensive experience, Joseph has also worked as a Senior Bank Operations Manager at Stash, Manager of Payment Operations at Alliant Credit Union, and held various roles related to deposit operations and electronic services at Urban Partnership Bank and Byline Bank. Joseph holds a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting and Finance from Northeastern Illinois University.
