Chloe Gal

Chloe Gal is a seasoned legal professional currently serving as General Counsel and Compliance Officer at Gleacher Shacklock since April 2024. Prior to this role, Chloe spent over twelve years at Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer, advancing from Trainee Solicitor to Senior Associate in the Corporate Finance Group, where expertise focused on corporate treasury transactions and complex multijurisdictional financing for both borrowers and lenders. Chloe’s experience includes acting as Interim Director of Legal for Finance & Corporate at Heathrow and a legal secondee role at Citi. Educational qualifications include an Accelerated Legal Practice Course from BPP University College and a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) in European, International and Comparative Law from The University of Sheffield.
