Howard Katzenberg

Howard Katzenberg is the founder and CEO of Glean. Howard has also served as the CFO of both Better Mortgage and OnDeck. Prior to their work in the financial sector, Katzenberg was a consultant for Swift Financial.

Katzenberg has been instrumental in the growth of each of the companies they have worked for. At Better Mortgage, they helped grow loan originations by five-fold and annual revenues by over 1,000%. At OnDeck, they oversaw the operational ramp from 8 to over 100 employees. And at Swift Financial, they led product development of SwiftDepositSM, a banking solution for remotely depositing checks (via PCs).

Katzenberg has also been involved in several equity transactions and has structured numerous credit facilities. Howard has raised millions of dollars in funding for the companies they have worked for, and has contributed to the strategic planning and financial reporting for each company.

Howard Katzenberg has an MBA in Finance and Entrepreneurship from The Wharton School, as well as a BS in Business from Cornell University - Dyson School of Applied Economics and Management.
