Caroline Dupraz-Ibarra

Caroline Dupraz-Ibarra is a seasoned professional in competitive intelligence, currently serving as the Head of Competitive Intelligence at Glean since May 2025. Previously, Caroline contributed as a Customer Advisory Board Member at Crayon and held the position of Senior Manager for Market & Competitive Intelligence at Dropbox from November 2022 to April 2025. At Squarespace, from December 2020 to November 2022, Caroline established and led a competitive intelligence function at a high-growth tech company. Caroline also served as a Competitive Intelligence Lead and Associate Consultant at Astarita Aldrich & Ward, providing strategic advisory on fundraising and market expansion for non-profits. Caroline holds an MBA from the University of Oxford, earned in January 2019.
