Justin Borromeo

Justin Borromeo has held various software engineering roles since 2017. Justin was a Software Engineering Intern at Lytx, Inc. in 2017, a Software Engineering Co-op at Toast, Inc. in 2018, a Database and Distributed Systems Engineering Intern at Imply in 2019, a Software Engineering Intern at Google in 2019 and 2020, and a Software Engineer at Google in 2021. In 2020, they also held the roles of Undergraduate Research Assistant at the University of Waterloo and Research (Data Systems Group) and Research (Waterloo Configurable Architectures Group) with Prof. Jimmy Lin and Prof. Nachiket Kapre respectively. Justin is currently a Software Engineer at Glean since 2022.

Justin Borromeo attended Bayview Glen from 2012 to 2016, where they obtained their High School diploma. Justin then went on to the University of Waterloo, where they graduated in 2021 with a Bachelor of Applied Science in Mechatronics Engineering with Option in Artificial Intelligence.
