Head of Marketing Operations at Glean

Teresa Hsu has worked in various roles in the marketing and sales operations space since 2000. Teresa began their career at Procter & Gamble Taiwan Ltd. as a Marketing Associate, where they developed product positioning and conducted product launch for new Olay product in Taiwan. Teresa then moved to Leo Burnett Company as an Account Executive, where they led the production of brand websites for McDonald's China, P&G, and Heineken. After that, they joined Johnson & Johnson Vision Care APAC as a Summer Intern, where they assessed the effectiveness of online campaigns in APAC markets and identified key drivers for successful advertising. In 2008, they began working at QuinStreet as a Marketing Analyst/Manager, where they performed financial analysis and forecast modeling of revenue, profitability forecast, and ROI. In 2011, they joined ShoreTel as a Sales Operations Analyst, where they performed analysis of sales data to identify sales program performance, trends, and opportunities. In 2014, they moved to 8x8, Inc. as a Marketing Automation Admin, where they managed marketing campaign execution through segmentation, data analytics, and lead management. In 2020, they began working at Airkit as the Head of Marketing Operations, and they currently work at Glean in the same role.

Teresa Hsu completed their MBA in Marketing/Marketing Management, General from Washington University in St. Louis in 2007. Teresa then went on to earn their Master in Demographic and Social Analysis from UC Irvine in 2008.
