Paul Baston

As a business founded on building lasting relationships, Gleeds places the utmost importance on its responsibilities to its clients, supply chain and colleagues.

Paul is responsible for identifying, analysing and managing the risks associated with Gleeds’ business globally. Working in partnership with leadership colleagues, Paul leads Gleeds’ risk task force to set compliance and risk control frameworks and management standards. Overseeing Gleeds’ legal documentation and policies, Paul also reviews and reports on principal risks and disclosures.

A qualified Quantity Surveyor and Project Manager, Paul has been with Gleeds since 1988. He previously sat on the UK Board with responsibility for the Risk, Information Technology, the leisure sector and chairing the business’ operation in the north of the UK.
