Annemie Huysamen

Annemie Huysamen has extensive experience in operational risk and trade finance, currently serving as the Global Head of Operational Risk and Team Lead at Klarna since March 2020, where responsibilities include leading risk assurance efforts. Prior to Klarna, Annemie held various positions at Standard Bank Group from December 2007 to December 2018, culminating in the role of Trade Finance Executive, focusing on the East African and Chinese corridors. Annemie's educational background includes a B.Com Informatics Honours (Cum Laude) and a B.Com Informatics degree (Cum Laude) from the University of Johannesburg, along with specialized training in global trade and applied trade from reputable institutions.
