Eric Gibson has a diverse work experience spanning over 18 years. Eric started their career at Expeditors International as an Account Manager, where they cleared client shipments through Customs. Eric then joined Nautilus as an International Transportation Supervisor, responsible for managing the supply chain's international transportation and maintaining the freight budget.

Afterwards, Eric worked at Paccess, where they held multiple roles. As a Senior Business Analyst, they led discovery meetings to determine system requirements for high-profile projects and managed various business initiatives. Eric also served as an Operations Manager, implementing inventory control processes, improving departmental processes, and training staff during the European office transition.

Eric then joined OIA Global as a Senior Logistics Analyst, working on technology projects and facilitating their implementation. Eric successfully transitioned a major footwear manufacturer's business within a tight timeframe.

Subsequently, Eric worked as an IT Project Manager at Con-way, Inc., where they served as the primary point of contact between IT, business operations, internal partners, and external clients. Eric was responsible for managing multiple projects, ensuring their timely completion within scope, schedule, and budget.

Eric's experience continued at Cadet Heat as a Business Systems Analyst, where they contributed to the company's systems development and analysis. Eric later joined Glen Dimplex Americas as an IT Manager and was subsequently promoted to Director of Information Technology.
