Eric's experience continued at Cadet Heat as a Business Systems Analyst, where they contributed to the company's systems development and analysis. Eric later joined Glen Dimplex Americas as an IT Manager and was subsequently promoted to Director of Information Technology. In this role, they managed a team covering multiple IT functions, including merger and acquisition experience, office 365 implementation, and migration.
