Carrie Sheets

Carrie Sheets has over 10 years of experience in human resources. Carrie started their career as a Human Resources Associate at Kernodle Clinic, Inc. in 2002 and worked there until 2006. Carrie then joined BD in 2006 and held the position of Human Resources Specialist, Recruitment. At BD, they were responsible for managing the full recruitment process, including training hiring managers, conducting interviews, and ensuring compliance with documentation. Carrie also exceeded time to hire goals and received excellent feedback from hiring managers and interview teams. In 2012, Carrie joined Glen Raven as an Employee Services Manager.

Carrie Sheets holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. In addition, they obtained the Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification from the Human Resources Certification Institute in May 2002.
