Tom Kearsley

Tom Kearsley has extensive work experience in the construction industry. Tom is currently the Operations Director at Glencar Construction since May 2021. Prior to this, they worked as a Senior Project Manager at McLaren Construction Group from June 2018 to May 2021. Tom also served as a Senior Project Manager at Ardmac from July 2017 to June 2018. Before that, they held multiple roles at Mace, including Senior Project Manager, Senior Construction Manager, and Construction Manager from 2012 to 2017. Tom's earlier experience includes working at Wates Construction International as a Site Manager from 2010 to 2012 and at Simons Construction Ltd. as a Site Manager, Project Coordinator, Health and Safety Supervisor, Site Supervisor, Assistant Engineer and Package Manager, and Package Manager from 2005 to 2010.

Tom Kearsley completed a BSc(Hons) degree in Construction Project Management at The University of Salford from 2005 to 2010. Tom then pursued an NVQ Level 4 degree in Site Management at Doncaster College from 2010 to 2011. Prior to that, they obtained an A Level degree in Business Studies, Economics, and Psychology from Eccles College from 2002 to 2005. From 1997 to 2002, they completed their 9 GCSE's with grades A-C at St. Patrick's RC HIGH SCHOOL, with subjects including English, Maths, Science, Art, Systems & Control, Spanish, and RE. In addition to their formal education, Tom obtained certification in Directing Safely from IOSH in 2014.
