Currently serving as the Head of Financial Reporting and FP&A at Glencore, Virginie previously held the position of Manager in Audit & Assurance at Deloitte, specializing in integrated and non-integrated audits for technology, media, and telecom sectors. With extensive expertise in IFRS, PCAOB, US GAAP, NCECF, and French GAAP standards, Virginie has led significant pre-IPO engagements and maintained a successful career at various prestigious organizations, including Grant Thornton and Groupe Esprit de Corps Inc. Virginie holds multiple degrees, including a Master's in Audit from ESSCA and has attained the CPA designation in Canada.
