Yacoub Dali

Yacoub Dali currently serves in the Global Mining Operations Business Unit at JESA S.A since March 2025 and holds the position of Director of North America Copper Commercial Operations at Glencore since December 2022. Previous experience includes serving as Projects Director at DRA Americas from August 2021 to November 2022, where responsibilities encompassed engineering and construction in the mining and metals sectors. Yacoub also worked at JESA S.A from May 2016 to April 2021 as Director of Major Project Programs and Business Development, focusing on mining, metals, fertilizers, and energy. From June 2007 to May 2016, Yacoub held the position of Project Manager at Groupe Managem, with a focus on various minerals and metals. Yacoub's early career included roles as a Metallurgist emphasizing R&D and industrialization in mining and fine chemistry. Educational credentials include a PhD in Process Engineering from École des Mines de Saint-Étienne, an MEng in Process Engineering from Polytech Grenoble, and a degree in Mining Economics from Colorado School of Mines.
