Onnig Bulanikian

Onnig Bulanikian has extensive experience in community services and parks management. Onnig started their career in 1992 as a Pool Manager, Open Water Lifeguard, Lifeguard, and Locker Attendant at the City of Los Angeles Recreation and Parks Aquatics Section. In 2000, they became an Aquatic Facility Manager at the same organization, where they worked until 2003. Onnig then joined the City of Glendale, CA in 2003 as a Community Services Coordinator before progressing through various roles including Community Services Supervisor, Community Services Manager, Community Services Administrator, and Director of Community Services and Parks, a position they have held since July 2016.

Onnig Bulanikian has a Master of Public Administration (MPA) degree from California State University, Northridge. Onnig also holds a Bachelor's degree in Sociology with an emphasis in Criminology and Corrections from the same university. In addition, they have a Certificate in Crime and Intelligence Analysis from California State University, Northridge.
