Paula Adams

Paula Adams, MPA, IPMA-SCP, SHRM-SCP has extensive experience in both the public and private sectors. Paula is currently serving as the Chief Human Resources Officer for the City of Glendale, CA. Previously, they worked at CPS HR Consulting as a Senior Executive Recruiter, where they specialized in finding executive-level leaders for government agencies nationwide. Before that, they held various positions at Los Angeles World Airports, including Director of Airports Administration, Human Resources Director, Labor Relations Manager, and Personnel Analyst. Paula began their career as a Management Assistant for the City of Los Angeles.
