James Urquhart

James Urquhart is an experienced operations and human resources professional, currently serving as Operations Director and Human Resources Manager at Glendola Leisure (Holdings) Limited since May 2016. In this role, James provides HR support to various bar and restaurant operations across the UK while focusing on strategic recruitment and development initiatives. Previously, James held multiple general management positions within Glendola Leisure from October 2010 to December 2014, including managing distinctive venues such as a barrel-aged cocktail bar and a traditional English pub in London. James also contributed as a New Opening's Training Manager, facilitating training for new teams across three venues. James holds a Master’s Degree in Human Resource Management from Glasgow Caledonian University and a Bachelor's Degree in Business Studies and Marketing from the University of Stirling.
