Theresa L. serves as the President and CEO of Glendora Employment Agency, Inc., a position held since March 2015, after previously working as Vice President of Human Resources at the same company from 1995 to 2013. During their tenure, Theresa has focused on aligning the agency's operations with its mission of connecting success-minded candidates with forward-moving companies. Prior experience includes serving as the Manager of Talent Acquisition at Under Armour, where oversight of recruitment for a large supply chain facility was key, and as President of the Foothill Presbyterian Hospital Auxiliary, responsible for fundraising and volunteer staffing. Theresa holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Applied Mathematics from San Diego State University.
