Lexie Mader

Lexie Mader is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst with extensive experience in providing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to individuals with developmental disabilities, particularly those on the Autism Spectrum. Currently employed at Glenkirk since November 2021, Lexie has held similar roles at KGH Autism Services and Autism Home Support Services, Inc. Previously, Lexie co-owned AUSTIN BEHAVIOR ASSOCIATES and worked as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst at Behavioral Innovations. Lexie's expertise includes conducting assessments, developing behavior intervention plans, supervising and training staff, and collaborating with families and educational institutions to ensure effective implementation of behavior plans. Lexie holds a Master's degree in Special Education with a focus on Autism/Applied Behavior Analysis from Texas State University and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and Criminal Justice from the University of St. Thomas.
