Glenlyon Norfolk School (GNS) is a co-ed independent IB World Continuum School, located on two campuses in Victoria, B.C. Office Manager / Executive Assistant to the Principal

Position Overview:

The Office Manager is responsible for managing all aspects of the Junior School office, providing administrative support to the Principal, and overseeing the work of the Office Assistant. This role serves as the welcoming face of the school, exemplifying warmth, approachability, and exceptional organizational skills in a dynamic and busy environment. The Office Manager ensures the smooth operation of the Junior School office, delivering outstanding service to students, families, faculty, and staff while supporting the school’s mission and values. Compensation is negotiable based on experience; grid ranges from $65,000 - $75,000.
