Ann Marie Bell

Ann Marie Bell leads Glenmede’s Engagement Department with responsibility for building relationships with the firm’s stakeholders — community, clients, prospective clients, prospective clients, employees and the Board of Directors. In this role she oversees the Human Resources, Marketing, and Community Relations functions, as well as the Office of the Corporate Secretary.

Ms. Bell is a member of Glenmede’s Management Committee, one of seven senior professionals responsible for the development and execution of the firm’s strategy.

Prior to joining Glenmede, Ms. Bell served as Director of Leadership Development at Cigna, where she partnered with executives on initiatives designed to strengthen the depth of the organization’s talent pipeline. Prior to her work at Cigna, Ms. Bell held leadership roles in Human Resources at Marsh and DuPont. Ms. Bell has more than two decades of experience in Human Resource Management, and is a proven business leader, with an emphasis in capability assessment, development and leadership coaching.

Ms. Bell received her Bachelor of Arts degree from Purdue University and her Master’s of Industrial and Labor Relations degree from Cornell University.

Ms. Bell is involved with several area non-profit and professional organizations and serves on the Board of Directors for the Forum of Executive Women and Philadelphia City Year.
