Annmarie Bell

AnnMarie Bell is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in human resources and organizational leadership. Currently serving as Managing Director and Chief of Staff to the CEO at Glenmede since July 2012, AnnMarie plays a critical role in shaping the company's strategic initiatives and fostering cross-functional collaboration. Previous roles at Glenmede include Managing Director and Director of Engagement, where AnnMarie led the Human Resources and Marketing teams to enhance stakeholder connections, and Managing Director and Chief Human Resources Officer, focusing on workforce planning and talent management. Prior to joining Glenmede, AnnMarie held several positions at CIGNA, including Leadership Development Director, and served in various HR leadership roles at Marsh, Dupont Imaging Technologies, Universal Access, ING, and Citibank. AnnMarie holds a Master of Industrial Labor Relations from Cornell University and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Purdue University.
