Dan Moonay

Dan Moonay currently serves as Senior Counsel and Deputy Chief Compliance Officer at Glenmede, a position held since May 2019. Prior to this role, Dan Moonay was Managing Director and Senior Counsel at BlackRock from 2006 to April 2019, leading legal teams in support of various business lines. From 1999 to 2006, Dan Moonay acted as Director and Counsel at Merrill Lynch, focusing on institutional and retail investment products. Earlier in the career, Dan Moonay was an Associate at Drinker Biddle & Reath LLP, advising registered investment companies and investment advisers. Dan Moonay holds a Juris Doctor from the University of Michigan Law School and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Michigan.
