Erin Ballard

Erin Ballard is a Recruiting Officer in Glenmede’s Philadelphia office on the Talent Acquisition team. In this role, she is responsible for supporting the firm’s recruitment process. Additionally, she supports the talent development process as well as the seasonal co-op cycle and summer internship programs.

Prior to joining Glenmede, Ms. Ballard served as a member of the Recruiting team at Wells Fargo Bank, where she was responsible for developing a virtual training program for community bank recruiting, as well as onboarding new team members across various functional disciplines. Previously, Ms. Ballard gained experience at Wells Fargo as a Financial Center Manager in the Greater Washington Region.

Ms. Ballard received her Bachelor of Arts degree in interdisciplinary studies from Radford University.
