Erin Loughney Haas

Erin Loughney Haas serves as the Chief Human Resources Officer at Glenmede, beginning in June 2022, and holds a position on the Board of Directors at Dunwoody Village since January 2015. Previously, Erin worked at Airgas, an Air Liquide Company, from October 2017 to June 2022 as Vice President of Talent Management, where responsibilities included overseeing talent management functions and organizational strategies. Prior roles also include Director of Organization and Talent Development at Saint-Gobain, HR Organizational Design & Change Management Consultant at Vanguard, and multiple HR and operations positions at General Electric. Erin holds an MBA from the University of Notre Dame, a JD from The Catholic University of America, and a BA in Psychology from Fairfield University.
