Kurt Mayr

Kurt Mayr is a legal professional with extensive experience in bankruptcy and financial restructuring. Currently a Partner at Glenn Agre Bergman & Fuentes LLP since April 2022, Kurt previously held various roles at Bracewell LLP from 2006, including Managing Partner and Chair of the Financial Restructuring Group. From September 2019 to April 2022, Kurt served as Partner and Bankruptcy and Restructuring Practice Leader at Morgan, Lewis & Bockius LLP. Earlier in his career, Kurt was an Associate at Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton LLP and completed a clerkship with the Honorable Walter K. Stapleton at the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit.
