Benjamin Gover

Benjamin Gover has over two decades of work experience, primarily in the manufacturing industry. Benjamin started their career at Modine Manufacturing Company in 1997, serving as an Application Engineer and later transitioning to roles such as Application Engineering Supervisor, Plant Superintendent, Program Manager, Plant Manager, Director North American Heating and Cooling, and finally Integration Director - Global Operations & Engineering. In 2018, they joined Glenn Rieder, LLC as the Vice President of Project Management and was later promoted to Executive Vice President of Operations. Currently, they hold the position of Chief Operating Officer at Glenn Rieder, LLC.

Benjamin Gover completed a Master's of Science degree in Business from the Milwaukee School of Engineering from 1998 to 2002. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the same institution between 1993 and 1997. Benjamin completed the College/University Preparatory and Advanced High School/Secondary Diploma Program at Stevens Point Area Senior High School from 1990 to 1993. Additionally, they obtained certifications in 2018 as a Leed Green Associate from USGBC Wisconsin and in 2022 as a FL Certified Building Contractor from the State of Florida.
