Brett Schrooten

Brett Schrooten's work experience includes various roles in software product management and business analysis. Brett is currently a Software Product Manager at Aline, where they oversee the roadmap and implementation of the Revenue Management System module for senior living management software. Prior to that, they worked as a Product Owner for Humana, managing the product backlog for sales applications and specializing in Microsoft Dynamics CRM. Brett also worked as a Senior Business Analyst for SAIC, where they were responsible for gathering formal business requirements and acting as a liaison between functional and technical stakeholders. Additionally, they worked as a Business Analyst for Prosoft, providing IT staff augmentation solutions, and served as an IT Portfolio Manager for Dell Services, managing a portfolio of IT systems and solutions for the Human Resources Command in the Army.

Brett Schrooten completed their education at the University of Kentucky from 2004 to 2009, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree (BBA) in Finance and Math. Prior to that, they graduated from Davies County High School from 2000 to 2004, with a focus on Math and Science. Additionally, Brett has obtained several certifications, including SAFe Product Owner/Product Manager (SAFe POPM) from Scaled Agile, Inc. in March 2022, Certification of Competency in Business Analysis (CCBA) from Scrum.org in December 2015, and Certified Scrum Master (CSM) from Scrum Alliance in November 2012.
