Kristi Reeves has a wide range of work experience in various roles and industries. Kristi is currently working at Glennis Solutions as a Business Operations Manager and as a Human Resources professional. Prior to that, they worked at Creative Strategies as a Human Resource Generalist and International Commerce Specialist, as well as an Office Assistant. Before that, they worked at VITA-STAT LLC as an HR/AR Specialist and International Commerce Specialist. Kristi also has experience as an Alumni at SkillsUSA. In their earlier career, they were a Manager at McDonald's Corporation and a Co-op at First State Bank.

Kristi Reeves, aPHR, completed their Associate of Arts (A.A.) degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Elizabethtown Community and Technical College from 2008 to 2012. Following this, they pursued their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Systems Management from Western Kentucky University from 2011 to 2013.
