Angelica Ciar is an experienced civil engineer with a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from Mapúa Malayan Colleges Laguna, attained in December 2019. Currently serving as an Office Engineer at VDI Builders and Development Corporation since July 2022, Angelica previously held the position of Jr. Materials Control Engineer at EEI Corporation from February 2020 to May 2022.
